For the last 25+ years I’ve been focused on the digital agency space, helping clients from across the spectrum design, build, and manage experiences with impact.
I’ve worked hands-on and in leadership roles across nearly every function of a digital organization, including experience design, engineering, strategy, delivery, and operations. That breadth shapes how I approach leadership, especially in periods of change: creating clarity and alignment without stifling innovation, and building organizations that can adapt as quickly as the technologies they depend on.

2023-2026
Chief Operating Officer
Led global operations and strategic growth initiatives following the merger of 10up and Fueled. Drove organizational integration, efficiency improvements, and cross-functional alignment across a 350+ person distributed team. I left the company in March 2026 after 2.5 years as COO of the combined entity.

2014 – 2023
Chief Executive Officer
Grew 10up from a boutique WordPress agency into a 350+ person global digital firm, prominent in open-source platforms including WordPress, Sanity, and WebFlow. Defined company vision, culture, and market strategy. Delivered high-impact digital experiences for major publishers, enterprises, and nonprofits worldwide.
10up merged with Fueled in 2023.

2011 – 2014
Managing Director
ISITE Design
Led the Boston office of a digital agency specializing in content management (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal). Directed strategy, business development, and delivery. Co-created the CMS Myth brand, a widely-read resource debunking content management misconceptions.
ISITE Design rebranded as Connective DX in 2015, and was acquired by ProKarma in 2019.

2006-2011
Sr. Director, E-Commerce Strategy
Optaros
Led e-commerce strategy at a VC-backed global agency with joint HQ in Boston and Geneva. Developed and executed digital commerce strategies for major brands, integrating open-source technologies. Grew from Practice Director of Next Generation Internet to Sr. Director of E-Commerce Strategy.
Optaros was acquired by MRM//McCann in 2014.

2005-2006
Director, Application Development
PixelMEDIA
Led the development team for a small (40-50 person) design and development agency in Portsmouth NH, with a focus on ecommerce and content management. Included hands-on development work in multiple ecommerce platforms on .NET and Cold Fusion, as well as leadership of a small but very capable technical team.
PixelMEDIA evolved into RafterOne, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce, and was acquired into Acxiom’s Salesforce Practice.

2000-2005
Principal Consultant & UX Director
TVisions – Molecular.
Progressed from front-end developer to Principal Consultant and Technical Architect at a Cambridge MA agency combining art and science in web development. Led UX and creative design teams, served as technical architect on a major account, and earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
I joined the company when it was TVisions, but we later rebranded as Molecular. Molecular then became part of the Isobar network under Aegis media and ultimately evolved into Roundarch Isobar and then just Isobar under Denstu ownership.
