Across my career, I’ve worked hands-on and in leadership roles across nearly every function of a digital organization, including experience design, engineering, strategy, delivery, and operations. That breadth shapes how I approach leadership, especially in periods of change: creating clarity and alignment without stifling innovation, and building organizations that can adapt as quickly as the technology they depend on.

I’m now focused on my next operating role, where I can help lead that kind of transformation. I’m also open to working with a small number of companies as an advisor or board member.
