2014-2026: Fueled & 10up
10up was a remote-first digital agency very prominent in the WordPress space, though we also worked on other platforms, including Sanity and WebFlow. We grew to be a 350+ employee global boutique. In 2023, 10up merged with Fueled, a similarly premiun product-led design and build agency. After 2.5 years working with the leadership team on integration I exited in March of 2026.

2011-2014: ISITE Design
ISITE Design was a digital agency with a focus on content management (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, and others) with offices in Boston MA and Portland OR. Among other notable accomplishments ISITE created the CMS Myth brand and I was proud to serve as a CMS mythbuster during my tenure there.

Optaros was a VC-backed agency started by leaders formerly from Viant, Novell, and Cambridge Technology Partners. It had joint headquarters in Boston MA and Geneva Switzerland, and offices across the globe. I joined as a practice director at the intersection of community, content, and commerce – what we called “Next Generation Internet” but much of the rest of the internet thought of as Web 2.0.

PixelMEDIA was a regional boutique agency in Portsmouth NH with a focus on eCommerce and a home-grown content management offering. I led a team of front and back end developers and worked to develop sustainable growth-oriented systems.

2000-2005: TVisions & Molecular
TVisions was a Cambridge MA based agency combining “The Art and Science of Web Development” – bringing a solid technical expertise to quality design and digital strategy. I played many roles in the organization, starting as a front-end developer, leading a user experience and creative design team, and serving as technical architect on a pillar account. Along the way I earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and learned a lifetime of lessons in leadership for professional services.
